Before we can begin our trading relationship, you must first sign up with us. This is a seamless and basic identity verification process that you must complete before you can trade with us.
As an AUSTRAC-registered business, we adhere to strict compliance protocols for the benefit of both parties, ensuring secure transactions both ways.

You will then be prompted with further instructions including bank details for payment. As long as Step 1 was adhered to, your order will be executed as soon as possible.
Our banking system accepts OSKO, Fast Payment and PAYID, however depending on your bank, there may be a 24-48 hour delay for receipt of funds, especially if this is your first trade with us. ​

place an order
Once you complete Step 1, place an order with us through Binance (a decentralised exchange). This path ensures the process is escrowed by a third party.

Completion
Congratulations on reaching the last step of our trade.
We are just as excited as you to finalise our transaction!
Once we receive your payment, the cryptocurrency will be released to your Binance wallet as soon as possible. We hope payment is instant to enable prompt completion, but for reasons beyond our control it could take 24-48 hours, depending on yours and our bank compatibility so please wait patiently and contact us for updates as required.
