2.3 All information and details you provide during registration and any subsequent use of the Services are true, current, complete, and not misleading. This includes matching the name(s) on your identity document(s) or payment accounts used for transactions involving Virtual Currency and Fiat Money.

2.4 You will not use the Services to pay for, support, or engage in any illegal activities.

2.5 You will not use methods to conceal your location when accessing our services and will disclose your accurate and true location to the Company. If the company, at its sole discretion, determines that your account activity is suspicious or linked to prohibited or illegitimate operations, it may cancel or suspend your account, block outstanding transactions, deny new transactions, and/or freeze any funds or assets in your account.

2.6 You will act solely on your own behalf and will not act as an intermediary, agent, advisor, or in any fiduciary capacity.

2.7 The Services are designed for your personal use only and not for use or access by any third party. You are fully responsible for all acts or omissions of any third party accessing or using your Account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access our service, you must undergo an initial registration which includes basic KYC requirements. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining accuracy of your Account information.

4. Use of Services

4.1 You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 You are responsible for paying all sums (whether Fiat Money or Virtual Currency) owed to us by you as per the transaction agreed terms. We reserve the right to withhold any payment which is to be made to you until the Company can properly identify and authenticate your identity and/or payment details (as applicable).

4.3 Any order placed will be executed once the funds clear into the Company’s accounts. In the event that the agreed sum (be it fiat or cryptocurrency) is not that of which is pre-agreed, the Company may in its sole discretion:

  1. contact you with new instructions; or

  2. cancel and/or reject the order.

4.5 You understand and accept the risks in buying and/or selling Virtual Currencies, including the fact that the Company cannot guarantee that any Virtual Currency will have, at any time, a certain value (if any) or market liquidity.

5. Transactions

5.1 All transactions conducted through our Services are final and non-reversible.

5.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details of any transaction you initiate.

5.3 Orders can only be executed after you undergo an initial KYC process to the Company's satisfaction.

5.4 Any unexecuted orders will have a pending status and shall not be binding on the Company

6. Fees and Charges

6.1 We may charge fees for certain transactions or Services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of the transaction.

6.2 You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content and materials available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 The Company does not provide any investment and/or financial advice, recommendation and/or guidance whether in connection with the Services or otherwise and nothing can be construed to amount to same.

9.3 The Company shall not be liable for delays, performance failures, or service interruptions resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or condition beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays or failures due to acts of God, actions of civil or military authorities, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, war, strikes or other labor disputes, fires, interruptions in telecommunications or Internet services, network provider services failures, equipment and/or software failures, or any other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

11.2 Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

12.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

14.1 You acknowledge that, at any time, the Company, with or without notice, and in its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever will be entitled to:

- to suspend your use of the Services;

- terminate your use of the Services;

- refuse and/or decline execution and/or processing of any order and/or transaction;

- withhold any payment and/or transfer of Fiat Money and/or Virtual Currency;

14.2 In the event the Company exercises any of its rights mentioned above, it shall not be obliged to give any reason and/or justification whatsoever.

14.3 Following termination of your account the Company may retain personal information for as long as legally necessary in order to comply with its legal and/or regulatory obligations (minimum 7 years).

15.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be initiated by you by submitting a "contact us" request. A request must include the transaction details and any other information applicable for the matter to be reviewed.
